The Malawi National Examination Board (MANEB) will re-administer 2020 MSCE from 5-29 January, 2021, MANEB’s acting ED, Professor Dorothy Nampota announced Tuesday.
The 2020 examination were cancelled following massive leakage and President Dr Lazarus Chakwera directed that the examination be re-administered not later than January 2021.
Nampota in a statement pointed out key administrative issues as follows:
–Preparations for the re-admininistration of examination are on track and progressing well.
–The public should not that exams security is jointly being provided by Malawi Defence Force (MDF), Malawi Police Service (MPS), with MDF taking lead.
–Names of teachers to administer the examination are ready and MANEB will conduct briefing sessions.
–Deadline for submission of identity card queries to MANEB offices is December 15.
“MANEB is assuring the public that it has put in place all necessary security measures to ensure a credible examination,” concluded Nampota.
