High Assistant Registrar, Anthony Kapaswiche on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 gave Master Borehole Drilling Limited 14 days to furnish the court with supporting documents that the company was making a profit of MK3 million daily in its drilling activities.
This follows an application by former Gam Filling Station owner, Gerson Mkweza, who asked the court that the company, through it’s CEO Alfred Gangata, should submit to the court documents supporting its daily profitability.
The documents include National Construction Industry Council Registration Certificate, NCIC Levy Payment Records for 2020 to 2021 and bank statements for 2018, 2019 and 2020.
This comes as in July this year Sheriffs in Lilongwe confiscated a Gam’s Kanengo Filling Station over unpaid MK744 million legal fees following a misunderstanding between the company and Masters Boreholes Drilling Company
