Sperts analysis on Kajoke’s Verdict

This verdict is not worth commenting on.It’s just waste of energy.

Our football is a comedy so we already expected this. I already explained this on social media that Bullets can not lose this case because FAM would be implicated.
The People’s team stopped paying the player by their own admission. That was constructive dismissal. The player was a free agent. I even believe the players contract expired in December. Thats why FAM received documents from Silver and simply sat on them.

FAM, as regulators, instead of advising Silver whether the transfer would be possible or not, they were busy waiting for Bullets’next move and helping them sign the player as per Kajoke’s own recorded admission.

If indeed Kajoke had a running contract, (whose copies are left with FAM as custodians of player contracts). The Football motherbody just needed to advise Silver that Kajoke had a running contract with Bullets and Silver could only give him a pre-contract. All this could have been avoided.

Otherwise in terms of paying the player K3.9m Silver were within their rights. FIFA does not prohibit clubs paying players as part of pre-contract agreements. There are actually rulings which have stated that once a player starts benefitting from a pre-contract by receiving things like advance payments, they can not change their mind and walk out of the precontract.

And last time I checked the fine for player tapping was K500,000. What is the K900,000 that Silver are being made to pay? And why is Kajoke’s manager paying more than client. It is Kajoke who broke the rules as he is the one who was supposedly under contract at Bullets and signed yet another contract with Silver . The manager had no contract with Bullets . He simply helped facilitate the player’s wishes. Kajoke broke the rules by signing contracts with two different clubs. And FAM has decided to punish the witness more severely than the perpetrator of the crime? Its a joke.

Even in england have you ever heard of the FA fining a player’s manager for a player’s misconduct?

Messi went to Saudi Arabia and was suspended by his club PSG . Do you think Messi’s manager/agent was not aware?

Was he also fined or suspended?
In short do managers sign contracts with FAM and are given a code of conduct to abide? No.

What about Mr Casper Jangale?

He was the main actor in all this. He is the regulator, the one clubs go to for guidance. Did he give guidance to Silver ? Or he was busy telling Bullets and Kajoke how to defeat Silver’s moves?

Whats his punishment?
