Crowds gather preparing to cast their votes

Voting at Limbe primary school polling centre in Blantyre City East constituency commenced at
exactly 6:38am following some delays.

Zumba has told Metro

Malawi Metro News Online that the delays were due to late coming of some party monitors.

Zumba also attributed the delay to a lot of documentation work that had to takelace before voting as this time around there are a number of
forms that must be signed by officials at polling centres.

Polling is expected to close at 6:38pm to mark the 12 hour voting time. Limbe primary school polling centre has 3, 552 registered voters.
